Before Confetti ever came to life, Elena was already building a name for herself, owning and operating several boutique-style shops in her home country of Russia. With over 20 years of retail experience under her belt, she’s always had a sharp eye for style and an even sharper sense of what women truly want from their wardrobe: to feel confident, beautiful, and seen. After moving to the States, Elena’s love for fashion evolved into something even deeper. She dreamed of creating a space where women could shop not just for clothing, but for pieces that spark joy—styles that feel effortless, flattering, and fun. That dream became Confetti. Now, every item on the racks is hand-picked with heart. Elena’s passion is and always has been about serving women with looks that make them feel good from the inside out.
